How We Started Out In The Show World.......
We bought our first Dalmatian in 2002, after been introduced to the breed by Alex Cobb (Kalokairie). Alex Bred her first litter in November 2002 from Della (Madam Rock and Roll) sired by Boris ( Konavlje Spot Boris). Once the litter had grown a little the decision was reached that Lennox (Kalokairie Lord Of Livers By Klarkeson) would soon take residence with us. Lennox has grown up with a fantastic personality and gives us hours of love and affectionWhen Lennox was six months old and after months of training we entered our first open show. We came home with more than we ever imagined, a third in puppy and first in utility puppy and Best Utility Puppy. Shortly after we entered our first championship show, where we got third in minor puppy, this qualifying us for Crufts 2004.That was it the bug had bitten and we were hooked, with both the breed and showing. So 2004 saw the arrival our second Dalmatian Breeze (Mapplewell Double Take By Klarkeson). Breeze also has a fantastic personality and loads of confidence in all she does, which has proven to be a challenge at times. She has taken to the show ring with the confident manner she does everything. Qualifying for crufts 2006 on her first outing with third in minor puppy. She has then gone on qualify for Dalmatian Puppy Of The Year 2005 by winning Best Puppy In Breed. What more could you ask for! Both our dogs have taken me deeper into the show world than I ever imagined I would get, and life will just never be the same without a spotty dog beside me.What a year!! Lennox was awarded his First Challenge Certificate in July and then in September we got the Double Lennox his Second & Breeze's First Challenge Certificate at just 13 moths old. Yes you got it we got the Double! Well what a fantastic year we had. My first ever show dog Lennox was awarded his champion title at just 3 years old. He also sired his first litter overseas as well as in the uk. We are so very grateful to Alex for breeding our wonderful boy. Breeze gained her Second CC and a RCC. Breeze had her first litter.... leaving us with our very own homebred girl Klarkeson Royal Destiny or Dayzee to her friends.. we are looking forward to having lots of fun with her over the next few months. After a long journey over to Northern Ireland to the North Of Ireland Dalmatian Club show Lennox was awarded Reserve Dog Challenge Certificate.
Well 2008 takes of to great start. Dayzee qualified for crufts at her first championship show and breeze wins limit bitch.Lennox was awarded Reserve Best Dog at Crufts 2008
